Ohio’s TechCred program helps employers cover the cost of technology-focused training for their teams. It enables companies to build new skills, earn recognized certifications, and boost productivity—without incurring direct training expenses.

How much funding can we get?

How long are the courses?
Our TechCred-approved courses run 4–8 weeks, with 2–4 hours per week of live, online instruction.
Do we pay upfront?
Yes, employers pay tuition first, then submit proof of completion to receive reimbursement from the state.
